About Terry

Terry brings over 37 years of experience within the architecture, interior design, and procurement profession to KSquared Construction Group and focused nearly 25 years on hospitality interior design.

For over two decades, he has successfully managed all phases of projects by working closely with designers, architects, contractors, and developers.

From creating concept sketches to full construction documents and working through project openings, Terry’s extensive experience as a project manager has given him a keen understanding of the many phases of construction, design and project development.

As the Director of Design and Project Management, Terry provides creative and studio direction, team leadership and production organization as well as a commitment to meeting and exceeding all of the client’s expectations.
